About The Role
At Innovapptive, Talent Advisors are more than recruiters — they are strategic partners and trusted advisors to our leaders. You will coach, challenge, and advise stakeholders on attracting, selecting, and hiring the best talent in the market.
This role is not just about filling roles; it’s about shaping our talent strategy, building high-performing teams, and driving business impact. What You’ll Do
Partner with business and technology leaders to define hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent strategies.
Lead end-to-end hiring with a focus on critical technology roles across India.
Bring deep market intelligence to advise leaders on talent availability, compensation insights, and competitive hiring trends.
Use advanced sourcing approaches (passive talent engagement, pool-building, bulk hiring) to attract exceptional candidates.
Own the candidate experience from outreach to closure, ensuring every candidate feels the Innovapptive difference.
Champion Innovapptive’s values and EVP in every interaction, internally and externally.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- A strong network and track record in technology recruiting for fast-scaling organizations in India.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders; you are seen as a trusted advisor, not just a recruiter.
Exceptional skills in sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and closing.
Hands-on experience in pool-based and bulk hiring within product or SaaS companies.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage metrics to influence and improve hiring outcomes. A real appreciation for data, recruiting metrics and continuous improvement.
High energy, proactive, and organized — with a “raise the bar” mentality, not a “check the box” approach.
Passion for being an ambassador of culture and values, and driving a best-in-class candidate experience.
